1. Acceptance of Terms

• Attempting to access another member's account, or assisting another person in doing so
• Money laundering, or using Lucky999 in any manner that facilitates illegal financial activity

• Coordinating with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer game formats
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your actual location if such masking is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Lucky999 staff or other members via the platform's chat or any other communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise replicate any part of the Lucky999 platform or its intellectual property

Lucky999 employs technical monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Members who are found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit any rights to funds held in their account, including funds that were generated through legitimate means, where those funds cannot be separated from funds associated with the prohibited activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky999 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, impersonation, or provision of false information
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime
• Request by the account holder themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

Where an account is closed for reasons other than member breach, any legitimate balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
